Receita carinhosamente
preparada pelo meu irmão!
Ingredientes:
- 2 berinjelas grandes
- 1cebola branca média e 1
cebola roxa média picadas
- Azeite de oliva
- Sal a gosto.
Preparo:
Corte as berinjelas em rodelas e
tempere com sal, deixe descansando por ½ hora, depois “amasse” os pedaços de berinjela
com as mãos para retirar o excesso de água e corte em pedaços menores.
Refogue as cebolas e as
berinjelas no azeite de oliva até que as berijelas estejam bem macias!
Sirva como entrada com fatias de
pão; usamos o ciabatta.

Eggplant Paste
Recipe kindly prepared by my brother!
Ingredients:
- 2 big
or 3 medium eggplants
- 1
medium white onion and 1 medium red onion
- Olive
oil
- Salt to taste.
How to prepare:
Slice
the eggplants and taste with salt, let rest for ½ hour, the “squeeze” using
your hands to remove the excess of water and cut in small pieces.
Sauté
the onions and eggplant with olive oil and cook until they are very smooth.
You can
serve it as a side dish or with bread as a snack; we served with ciabatta
bread.
