Ingredientes:
1ª camada
- 1 lata de leite;
- 1 lata de leite condensado;
- 3 gemas;
- essência de baunilha;
- biscoito champanhe.
2ª camada
- 2 copos de leite;
- 2 colheres de maisena;
- 2 colheres de chocolate em pó.
3ª camada
-3 claras em neve;
- 3 colheres de Açúcar;
- 1 lata de creme de leite.
Modo de preparo:
Os ingredientes da 1ª camada vão ao fogo e se mexe até engrossar. Coloca-se num pirex e por cima o biscoito.
Os ingredientes da 2ª camada vão ao fogo e se mexe até engrossar. Derrama-se sobre o biscoito.
Para a 3ª camada bate-se as claras em neve, acrescenta-se o açúcar e SUAVEMENTE mistura-se o creme de leite. Coloca por cima do chocolate. Leva-se para o freezer e espera endurecer.

It’s a typical Brazilian desert, very popular and really tasty!! :) :) :)
It has three different layers, the first one contains biscuit, the second a chocolate mixture and the third a mix of eggs whites with fresh cream milk; then goes to the freezer for some hours- aprox. 4- and its ready to cheer us up!!! :) :)
Ingredients:
1st layer:
- 300ml of fresh cream milk; (or a can of Nestle Cream/ Evaporated Milk)
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 3 eggs yolk;
- vanilla essence;
- a box of Biscuit Roses Reims.
2nd layer:
- 2 cups of milk;
- 2 tsp of white corn flour;
- 2 tsp of cocoa.
3rd layer:
- 3 stiffed eggs whites;
- 3 tsp of white sugar;
- 1 can of evaporated milk.
How to prepare:
→ 1st layer: Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, and cook them until they look like a thick porridge. Put it in a rectangular pyrex dish and add the biscuit on top of it.
→2nd layer: Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, and cook them until they look like a thick porridge. Place it on the top of the biscuit.
→3rd layer: Stiff the eggs whites and very smoothly add the sugar and the evaporated milk. Place on the top of the second layer. Dispose the “Pavê” in the freezer for approximately 4 hours.
Tip: You can make a separated mix of milk and cocoa and “wash”, a little bit, the biscuits in it.
